Gordon River Video

Having only been on the Island for boating twice, I was hoping for the Camron River to come in as it is one of my favourite intro to creeking runs.  The Camron being way to low with no chance of rain, five of us headed to the Gordon River.  Not having done this run before I was initially content when the local Islander said its a friendly first timer low.  After about the first half hour I think he may have admitted it was the lowest he’d ever run it and it could be a little friendlier with more water!  We made a day of it running the Upper, Middle and Lower sections.  The scenery was spectacular and I’m looking forward to getting back with a little more water.
